Print Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund as long as it meets our returns policy as stated below. Please note this is a different policy than returning original paintings.
Damaged in transit - Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item with an image if possible! This helps work out what went wrong so it doesn’t happen again! You will then have the option for a refund or a replacement - we’ll get in touch to see what works best for you.
Changed your mind or don’t like it? - Again please let us know within 14 days. You may return the print in the original condition and once it has been checked over back at the studio we will refund you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties. Please email me for a returns address.
Original Paintings
We do not accept returns on original paintings unless they have been damaged in transit. Buyers are responsible for any import duties that may occur.
